This short-term, intensive coaching package is for those of you on the brink of something new. I'll provide stability, clarity, and momentum during the critical early months of your transition.

Includes:

3 core coaching sessions over 6-8 weeks.

  • 1 x "Fireside Chat" (75 mins) to establish a strong foundation.

  • 2 x "Walk 'n Talk" sessions (60 mins) to break inertia and foster creative thinking.

  • Email support between our sessions.

We'll talk at a cozy café, providing a safe, confidential space for you to explore your core values, navigate major life crossroads, and craft a long-term vision.

Quick Sync - Continuity and Support, Wherever You Are:

These are online sessions that provide flexibility and continuity, ensuring your coaching momentum is maintained regardless of your physical location, travel schedule, or traffic.
